The Bid Advisory Board is focusing on the long-awaited plan to develop a “Restaurand Row” type of atmosphere near the corner of Coast Hwy & MacArthur. The first step in the plans would be to change the traffic merge for that area to begin further north at Avocado.
By making this change, the restaurants on the stretch would gain additional space for outdoor dining, a decorative pedestrian walkway, and an impressive gateway into the city.
