Good news in the market for both Corona del Mar and Newport Beach!
Corona del Mar has had a 1.6% price increase in home prices (the median home price being $1,688,250), with 21 homes sold this past year (a 320% increase).
Newport Beach, on the other hand, has a range of pricing and homes sold varying on the specific zip code. In zip code 92661, the median price is $3,590,000 (a 246.5% increase), with only two homes sold–even with the year before. Zip code 92662’s homes are priced around $1,750,000–an unfortunate 20.5% drop from the previous year, and three homes sold (a 40% decrease). Newport Beach’s zip codes of 92660 and 92663 both hover within the $900,000’s, but have varying amounts of homes sold and changes from the year before.
