“The home at 3336 Via Lido in Newport Beach brings the flavor of an Italian villa to the shores of Newport Beach, with hand-painted frescos in nearly every room, murals of Italianate villages, distressed wood-plank flooring, and ornate chandeliers.  


“The two-bedroom, 3 1/2-bath home, which included all of the furnishings, sold for $4.5 million on Nov. 26, down from its $4.8 million October asking price.  


“The 2,812-square-foot home has a private dock that accommodates a 110-foot vessel.  


“Renee West of Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties represented the seller, and Christopher Parr of Teles Properties represented the buyer.”
